SINTEX, a.s.

We are a Czech textile company with thirty years of experience in the textile industry. In the beginings, our production was focused mainly on high-quality weft-knitted fabrics and ready-to-made products focused on incessant innovations of the current production and assortment of products.

Lately, our company expanded its machinery and built a new knitting mill. Also, as a result of the changes in the progress in textile market, the company has started its radical innovation changes that has significantly modified the company's commodity structure of knitted fabrics.

Special functional fibres and yarns were included in the company's assortment of products. Sintex has become a certified partner of the Lycra company for physiological and heat-insulating branded materials: COOLMAX^® and THERMOLITE^®.

Nowadays, our purely manufacturing programmes are complemented with research & development department that works on many national and also international R&D projects focused on various topics including the sustainability in textile industry, smart textiles, prevention of biohazard etc.

Another integral part of the SINTEX, a.s. is its accredited textile laboratory. It carries out testing of natural and chemical fibres' qualities, useful properties in products (e.g. tests of textile materials, fibres, threads, knitted fabrics, cloths and non-woven textiles). The test laboratory can provide running tests based on customers individual requirements.
