TRUESHAPE denim is engineered with LYCRA FitSense® denim technology, which lifts, sculpts, and shapes the body without the use of bulky padding, seams, or paneling. It's a revolutionary innovation from The LYCRA Company that changes the way denim fits and feels.
The LYCRA Company partnered closely with Naveena on TRUESHAPE, and samples were developed in collaboration with garment manufacturer Eroğlu. They were displayed at the recent Kingpins Amsterdam show, delighting industry visitors who experienced the performance fabrics up close.
LYCRA FitSense® denim technology creates invisible compression in targeted zones, such as the tummy, waist, bum, and thighs, providing comfortable shaping, sculpting, and a personalized fit without compromising the look and feel of natural denim.
To make the magic happen, a LYCRA® fiber core is wrapped with a temperature-responsive fiber, then covered with a cotton sheath for a classic denim feel. Then, heat is applied to targeted sculpting zones, activating the LYCRA FitSense® denim technology and “locking” those zones into place.
